Drunken Tangy Bourbon Burger

  2. Bourbon Sauce: Mix ingredients until blended.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Caramelized Onions: Cook ingredients in skillet on medium-low heat until onions are caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  5. Fried Avocados: Mix flour, baking soda and bourbon until blended.
  6. Dip avocado slices in batter; gently shake off excess batter.
  7. Add to 350 degrees F oil in deep fryer.
  8. Cook 2 min.
  9. or until crisp and golden brown; drain.
  10. For each serving: Grill 1 burger patty to desired doneness.
  11. Spread 1-1/2 Tbsp.

  13. Bourbon Sauce onto bottom half of roll; cover with burger, 1 cheese slice, 1 Tbsp.
  14. Caramelized Onions, 1/4 cup roasted peppers, 2 bacon slices, 2 Fried Avocado slices and top of roll.
