Thai style steam fish
- 20 grams slice ginger
- 2 lemon grass
- 30 grams slice onion
- 4 garlic clove
- 10 grams lime leaf
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesemi oil
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 bunch thai basil
- 1 clean fish ( seabass)
- clean the fish
- mix all the sauce add in ingredients A
- place all in a try add in to the steamer
- steam for 25mnt garnish wth thai basil & squeeze lime on top the fish
