Tea Mix Recipe
- 2 1/2 tbsp. whole cloves
- 5 cinnamon sticks, about 2 inches long
- 4 tbsp. dry orange peel
- 1 tbsp. dry lemon peel
- 4 tbsp. minced candied ginger
- 1 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 pound favorite loose tea (Chinese black, orange pekoe)
- Crush cloves and cinnamon till partly broken.
- Add in rest of ingredients and store in sealed container.
- Use 1 tsp.
- per serving.
- Make in fall, give away at Christmas, and tastes good all winter.
