Tumbleweed Venison Nachos
- 1 bag (12 Oz. Size) Tortilla Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 13 cups BBQ Pulled Venison (or More To Taste), See My TastyKitchen Recipe Box
- 13 cups Chopped Lettuce
- 13 cups Chopped Tomato
- 13 cups Chopped Bell Pepper
- 13 cups Chopped Onion
- 13 cups Sliced Green Olives
- 13 cups Sliced Jarred Jalapenos
- 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack And Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Creme And Salsa (optional)
- Line a medium sized microwave safe plate or platter with tortilla chips as desired.
- Sprinkle the BBQ sauce over the chips making sure each chip has a dab on it.
- Put a layer of the shredded venison over the sauce and chips.
- Now layer on the lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onions, olives and jalapenos.
- End by sprinkling the shredded cheese all over the platter.
- Microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on high watching closely that you dont overcook them.
- Take them out when the cheese has melted.
- Serve alone or with sour creme and salsa.
