Diabetic Smoked Mackerel Pate

  1. Flake the fish into a bowl.
  2. Add the soft cheese and lemon juice and season to taste.
  3. Mix the ingredients together well by hand or process in a blender.
  4. Put the pate into a serving dish and chill until needed.
  5. Serve with melba toast.
