Beef And Broccoli Stir-Fry

  1. Cut beef in thin slices.
  2. Combine 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 tablespoons soy sauce with sugar, ginger and garlic.
  3. Stir in beef. Cut up broccoli.
  4. Combine remaining cornstarch and soy sauce with 1 cup of water, then set aside.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in wok or large skillet on high heat.
  6. Add meat, then add remaining oil to wok, then add broccoli, onion and carrots.
  7. Stir-fry for 4 minutes until vegetables are tender and crisp.
  8. Then add soy sauce mixture; bring to a boil.
  9. Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
