Cinnamon Sugar and Spicy Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 cups Fresh Pumpkin Seeds
- 18 cups Butter
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 cups Fresh Pumpkin Seeds
- 18 cups Butter
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Spicy Seeds: 1.
- First step, you need to wash your seeds very well.
- I rinsed them in a colander for a few minutes.

- Pat the seeds dry with paper towels.
- Place in a bowl to toss.

- Melt butter in the microwave on 30 second heat bursts.
- Once melted, pour in the bowl and toss with the seeds.

- Pour seeds on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Stir around to mix well.

- Bake at 300F f0r 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally throughout baking process.
- Cinnamon Sugar Seeds: 1.
- Follow same process as above, wash and dry seeds well.
- Place in a bowl to toss.

- Melt butter in the microwave on 30 second heat bursts.
- Once melted, stir in vanilla.
- Toss seeds with butter mixture.
- 3.
- Spread out the seeds on cookie sheet and cover with sugar and cinnamon.
- Stir to mix well and then bake at 300F for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
