Crispy Tenderloin Strips With Dill Dip Recipe
- 1 pkg. chicken breast tenderloins
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 1/4 c. crushed buttery cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 11/2 teaspoon corn oil
- Mix all dip ingredients and let sit in refrigerator while preparing tenderloin strips.
- Crispy tenderloin: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat baking sheet with oil.
- Mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic pwdr and salt.
- Dip tenderloins in butter and roll in cracker crumb mix.
- Place in baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min or possibly till done.
- Serve with dill dip.
