Cannoli tart - easy and AMAZING!

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all dry crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse a couple times.
  3. Add butter and pulse until small pea sized balls are formed.
  4. Add liquids into the mixture and mix until a dough is formed.
  5. Roll dough between two parchment papers to desired thickness but enough to cover the mold, and place on a well greased pie or tart pan.
  6. Refrigerate while making the filling.
  7. In the washed food processor mix all the ingredients for the filling except the chocolate chips.
  8. Once mixed, pour mixture on top of the refrugerated crust and then sprinkle the chocolate chips all over the filling.
  9. Bake pie for 25-35 minutes or until the filling had puffed and the crust is golden.
  10. Let pie cool down, serve and enjoy!
