Mini Pecan Pie Tarts

  1. Set aside tart shells and pecans.
  2. 2 packages of tart shells yields 30 tarts and can be found in the freezer section of your grocery store.
  3. Blend all other ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl
  4. Add pecans to mixture and mix well
  5. Arrange tart shells on baking sheet and fill with mixture
  6. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 10-15 minutes
  7. Let cool for roughly 20 minutes of more
  8. Eat eat eat!!!
  9. Nom nom!!
