Wild Blueberry Pancakes

  1. combine flour, sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt into a large mixing bowl.
  2. set aside.
  3. in a seperate smaller bowl beat eggs, sour cream and milk together.
  4. add this mix to your flour mixture and beat until smooth.
  5. heat frying pan or griddle pan over medium heat.
  6. lightly coat with oil.
  7. pour 1/2 cup of batter onto griddle pan and spread batter to make about a 5 inch circle.
  8. sprinkle some bluberries on top.
  9. when pancake begins to bubble and edges lose their wet and shiny appearance (about 1 minute) flip pancake.
  10. cook second side until cooked through.
  11. (about 1 minute).
  12. continue until all batter and blueberries r used.
  13. serve warm with butter and syrup or whipped cream.
