Herb Tomato Cheese Bread Recipe
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. Bisquick mix
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- #1 - mix together and make crust.
- Layer on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.
- #2 - Lay tomatoes on top of crust layer.
- #3 - Saute/fry till tender then mix together with #4.
- Pour lowfat sour cream topping over layer of tomatoes and sprinkle top with more grated cheese, paprika and parsley.
- Bake 20-25 min.
- Let cold 10 min.
