Boiled Shellfish with Pinapple and Peanut Sauce
- 2 kg Shellfish
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 clove ginger ( crush)
- 1 liter water
- 1 pinch salt

- 1 cayanne chili (crush until smooth)
- 1 soy sauce

- set in another plate and take the Shellfish out and put in your mix sauce
- eat them when the Shellfish still warm
