Lumpia (From Philippines)

  1. Cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender.
  2. Add pork, shrimp, garbanzos and ham.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add carrots, green beans, hearts of palm and 1/4 cup water.
  5. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in cabbage and 1 teaspoon salt.
  7. Cook, covered, for 7 minutes or until vegetables are done.
  8. Cool.
