L.S.C.A Mix
- 3 tbsp Linseeds
- 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Chia
- 1 tbsp Almonds
- Grind each ingredient individually in a coffee/spice grinder.
- Mix everything in a sealable container and shake to mix.
- Store in the refridgerator.
- This is based on the 'liver cleansing' LSA mix with the addition of Chia.
- It can easily be doubled etc.
- Made fresh it is so much tastier than the bought mixes that can easily be rancid when purchased.
- Great on cereal, sprinkled on a salad, added to a smoothy...endless ways to enjoy it.
