Peanut Butter-Banana Monkey Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place bananas in 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/4 cup nuts.
  3. Microwave brown sugar, margarine, peanut butter, syrup and water in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  4. or until margarine is melted; stir until well blended.
  5. Drizzle over bananas.
  6. Use pulsing action to process remaining nuts and granulated sugar in food processor until nuts are almost ground; pour into shallow dish.
  7. Dip dough pieces in nut mixture, turning to evenly coat each piece.
  8. Arrange in single layer over bananas; sprinkle with any remaining nut mixture.
  9. Bake 25 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
  11. Cool 1 min.
  12. ; invert onto plate.
  13. Remove pan.
  14. Top bread with any nuts remaining in pan; cool slightly.
