Cheesy Beer Batter Bread

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. Add beer; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. (Do not overmix.
  6. Batter will be lumpy.)
  7. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with margarine.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  9. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
  10. Cool bread in pan 10 min.
  11. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
