Stove Top Ham Macaroni & Cheese (9 points)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 cup 2% Milk
- 2 tbsp Parmesean Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 oz Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
- 12 oz Ham
- Cook macaroni and set aside.
- Cut ham into 1/2" squares.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add flour and cook until golden brown, stirring constantly.
- Stir in milk, parmesan cheese, mustard, & salt.
- Cook, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and creamy.
- Stir in pasta and ham.
- Cook until heated and evenly coated.
- Serving size is approx 1 cup.
