Baked Cherry Tomatoes And Feta Recipe

  1. Steep garlic in extra virgin olive oil at least 1/2 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Wash and stem tomatoes and cut them in half (put unwrapped bread into the oven).
  4. Put tomatoes in a shallow baking dish, pour extra virgin olive oil and garlic over and toss lightly.
  5. Bake 10 min; sprinkle over chunks of cheese (cut into 1/2-inch pcs) and slivered basil.
  6. Stir gently.
  7. Serve with bread to mop up juices.
  8. This recipe yields 6 appetizer servings.
