High Protein Health Fudge
- 50 g protein powder
- 25 g almond meal
- 25 g stevia
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 25 g dessicated coconut
- 1 tablespoon tahini paste
- water
- Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add tahini or other nut paste.
- Using fingers rub all ingredients together.
- Gradually add water in small amounts until it becomes a stiff "dough".
- Form into a log.
- Cover completely with foil and refrigerate preferably overnight or at least 2 hours.
- Cut into 2cm rounds and enjoy.
