High Protein Health Fudge

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add tahini or other nut paste.
  3. Using fingers rub all ingredients together.
  4. Gradually add water in small amounts until it becomes a stiff "dough".
  5. Form into a log.
  6. Cover completely with foil and refrigerate preferably overnight or at least 2 hours.
  7. Cut into 2cm rounds and enjoy.
