Honey and Nut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
  3. Stir in cereal and walnuts; set aside.
  4. Beat egg, milk, honey and oil in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  5. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  6. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  7. Spoon batter evenly into 12 greased or paper-lined medium muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  8. Bake 25 min.
  9. or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
