Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Taquitos

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spread peanut butter onto tortillas to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  3. Top with bananas; roll up tightly.
  4. Place, seam sides down, on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet; spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  6. or until tortillas are crisp and golden brown, turning after 5 min.
  7. Meanwhile, microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable measuring cup on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.
  8. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
  9. Cut each taquito diagonally in half.
  10. Transfer to 4 plates; top with caramel sauce.
  11. Serve with strawberries.
