Mami's Stuffed Jalapenos
- 12 jalapenos, Halved and Seeded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, At room Temperature
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup extra old cheddar cheese, Shredded
- 12 cup bacon, Well Cooked and Crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Mexican chili powder, More if Stonger Taste Desired

- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Farenheight.
- Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat well.
- Add remaining cheeses and mix until well combine.
- Add bacon and chili powder and mix until well blended.
- Stuff jalapenos with cheese mixture.
- Roll In bread Crumbs.
- Bake on a cookie sheet for 20-45 Minutes.
- The longer you cook the less spicy they are.
- If you really want them to be mild soak them in water for a day prior to stuffing and cooking.
- Change the water every couple of hours and some of the kick seems to come out in the wash.
