Breakfast Quiche Recipe

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Spray eight 4 1/2 inch tart pans with removable bottoms with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Set aside.

  6. Divide pie crust into 8 pcs.
  7. Roll each into a 6 inch round.
  8. Place in prepared tart pans, pressing into bottom and up sides.
  9. Line each with heavy duty foil.
  10. Bake shells 8-10 min, till golden brown.
  11. Cold on rack; place on a large baking sheet.

  13. To prepare filling: In large bowl, whisk lowfat milk, Large eggs, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
  14. 4.
  15. Sprinkle equal amounts of cheese, scallions and bacon bits over bottom of each tart shells.
  16. Pour equal amounts of egg mix in each shell.
  17. 5.
  18. Bake 30-35 min, till egg whites is set.
  19. Serve hot or possibly cool.
