Macadamia Nut Layered Jello Recipe
- 1 1/2 blocks butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. minced macadamia nuts
- 1 sm. box lemon Jello
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 lg. box lime Jello
- Mix together butter, brown sugar, flour and macadamia nuts and press hard into a rectangle (10 x 13) pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min and cold.
- Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 c. boiling water and add in sugar.
- When hot, add in cream cheese and blend.
- Whip whipping cream and blend into Jello.
- Pour on top of cold crust and chill till set (about 1 hour).
- Dissolve lime Jello in 2 1/4 c. boiling water and cold.
- Pour over whipping cream layer and chill till set.
