Double-Cheese Chicken Mac & Cheese Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cover.
- Cook on medium-high heat 6 to 7 min.
- on each side on or until done (165F).
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add water, Macaroni and peppers to same skillet; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 9 min.
- or until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in Cheese Sauce and peas; top with chicken and mozzarella.
- Cover; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
