Ginger-Citrus Shrimp and Rice

  1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec.
  3. to 1 min.
  4. or just until garlic is slightly softened.
  5. Stir in orange juice, onions and ginger.
  6. Increase heat to medium-high; cook and stir 3 min.
  7. or until liquid is reduced by about half.
  8. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min.
  9. or just until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
  10. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 5 min.
  11. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
