Chipotle Ranch Beef Sandwich
- 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Ranch Dressing (FS)
- 1/3 cup Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed
- - roast beef
- 2-1/2 qt. Green and yellow peppers, cut into strips
- 40 rolls submarine rolls, split
- Puree chipotle peppers in food processor or blender container until smooth.
- Add ranch dressing; mix well.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- For each serving: Spread 2 Tbsp.
- of the dressing mixture onto cut sides of 1 roll.
- Cover bottom half of roll with 1/4 cup peppers, 4 oz.
- beef and top half of roll.
