Chipotle Ranch Beef Sandwich

  1. Puree chipotle peppers in food processor or blender container until smooth.
  2. Add ranch dressing; mix well.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  5. For each serving: Spread 2 Tbsp.
  6. of the dressing mixture onto cut sides of 1 roll.
  7. Cover bottom half of roll with 1/4 cup peppers, 4 oz.
  8. beef and top half of roll.
