Melon Dip Cocktail Recipe

  1. Place the cantaloupe in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher and skim off any foam.
  3. (You should have about 1 3/4 cups juice.)
  4. Add the ouzo, lemon juice, and simple syrup and stir to combine.
  5. To serve, pour the melon mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  6. Smack 2 mint leaves per drink in the palm of your hand and place on top.
