Ella Mae's Icing

• 1 12 cups crisco vegetable shortening
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 12 cup butter
• 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Cream Crisco, sugar, and butter together.
2. While whipping, gradually add evaporated milk.
3. Add vanilla extract.
4. Continue to whip until soft peaks form.
