Spinach-Mushroom Stuffing

• 1 package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix
• 1 1/2 c. water
• 1/4 c. margarine or butter
• 13 c. sliced mushrooms (that have been lightly sauteed)
• 4 c. fresh spinach leaves

1. Prepare STOVE TOP Stuffing in a large saucepan as directed on package.
2. Add sliced mushrooms (that have been lightly sauteed) and fresh spinach leaves.
