Ice Cream Dessert

• 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
• 1 (10.5 oz.) mini marshmallows
• 1 1/3 cup coconut
• 6 Tbsp. margarine
• 2 cups Rice Krispies, crushed
• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

1. Melt chocolate chips and milk, bring to a boil.
2. Boil gently 4 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly.
3. Add marshmallow and stir until melted.
4. Chill.
5. Brown coconut in melted butter, stir in nuts and cereal.
6. Spread 3 cups of the mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
7. Cut ice cream into 12 slices, arrange 6 slices over cereal mixture-cover with half of the chocolate mixture then remaining ice cream slices.
8. Cover with remaining chocolate mixture.
9. Top with rest of crumbs.
10. Cover and put in freezer.
11. Take out 5 minutes before serving.
