Blue Pound Cake - Blueberry Pound Cake
- 1 package butter flavored cake mix
- 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese softned
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups (475 ml) blueberries
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees (175 C.).
- Lightly grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
- Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil and eggs.
- Beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in berries.
- Spoon into prepared pan.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
