Homemade Vegetable Soup

  1. In a very large pot, add beef and beef cubes to one half pot of water.
  2. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until meat is tender.
  3. Add water as needed.
  4. When meat is tender, add onions, celery, carrots and tomatoes.
  5. Cook 1 hour.
  6. Add water, if needed.
  7. After 1 hour, add tomato juice, potatoes and rest of vegetables.
  8. Add salt and pepper.
  9. Cook until done.
  10. Feeds a large family.
