Mexican Pork

  1. Cut pork into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and add pork.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fry until pork is brown.
  5. Put in water and simmer, add green chilies and simmer another 30 minutes.
  6. Mash 2 tomatoes and add to the pork mixture.
  7. Combine flour and some cold water to make a paste, and add to the pork mixture to thicken.
  8. Serve in tortillas.
