Teriyaki Turkey Sliders With Pineapple Salsa

  1. Place pineapple, tomato and cilantro into bowl; mix well.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine ground turkey, onion, salt, ginger and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Form into 8 patties.
  5. Whisk melted butter and hoisin together in bowl; set aside.
  6. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Place patties into skillet.
  8. Cook 2-3 minutes; turn patties.
  9. Brush with half of butter mixture.
  10. Cook 2-3 minutes; turn patties.
  11. Brush with remaining butter mixture.
  12. Continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F or no longer pink in center.
  13. Spread 1 tablespoon guacamole onto bottom half of each bun.
  14. Top each with burger and pineapple salsa.
  15. Serve immediately
