David Lange's Nuclear Free Chicken with Plum Sauce

  1. Marinate the wings for 2 hours.
  2. Fry or grill chicken wings.
  3. Make sauce with marinade by adding chicken stock to marinade and bringing to boil in a pot.
  4. Thicken with a little cornstarch.
