White Chocolate Pudding Poke Brownies
- 1 pkg. (19.8 oz.) brownie mix
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- Prepare and bake brownie mix in 8- or 9-inch square baking pan as directed on package.
- Remove from oven.
- Immediately poke holes through brownies to bottom of pan using round handle of wooden spoon.
- (Holes should be at 1-inch intervals.)
- Pour cold milk into large bowl.
- Add pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 30 seconds.
- Immediately pour thin pudding mixture over warm brownies into holes to make stripes and over top of brownies to cover surface.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Store brownies, covered, in refrigerator.
