Deep Fried Kudzu Tofu

  1. Put the soymilk and kudzu starch into the bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour step 1 into a small sauce pot.
  3. Cook over on a low frame.
  4. Stir continuously.
  5. Transfer step 2 to a vat, and transfer to the frigde to solidify once it has cooled.
  6. Chop the tofu into 4 pieces.
  7. Sprinkle potato starch over the tofu.
  8. Pour a small amount of oil into a pan and fry the tofu.
  9. Once the cubes of tofu begin to brown, flip them over.
  10. Serve the tofu on a plate and thoroughly cover in mentsuyu.
  11. Garnish with the green onions.
