Beef Eye Of Round Roast Recipe

  1. Season meat and brown both sides of meat in Dutch oven or heavy pot in 2 Tbsp.

  3. After browning, drain off fat; return meat to pot.
  4. Dissolve beef bouillon cubes in water.
  5. Add this and the wine to the pot.
  6. Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hrs till tender.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
