Chicken Artichoke Rice Salad Recipe

  1. Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to directions.
  2. Cold.
  3. Poach chicken in water till done.
  4. Skin and cold.
  5. Drain 1 jar of hearts, use juice from second in salad.
  6. Combine all ingredients and chill overnight.
  7. Serves 8-10.
