Pumpkin Mousse

  1. MIX pumpkin, pudding, COOL WHIP, vanilla extract, cinnamon and pumkin spice.
  2. Stir until combined well.
  3. Divide mixture evenly among 4 bowls.
  4. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp.
  5. pecans.
  6. SERVE each bowl of mousse with 3 gingersnaps.
  7. COMPLEMENT each snack with an 8 fl oz (1 cup) glass of milk.
