Beef Stroganoffff
- 1 12 lbs beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- cooked noodles or white rice
- cut beef in to strips.
- cook beef in butter over med heat til browned on outside.
- put 1/3 cup of broth off to side.
- stir remaining broth ketchup, salt, and garlic into skillet with beef.
- heat to boiling.
- reduce heat and cover and simmer for 10 minute.
- add mushrooms and onions cover simmer 5 min.
- add 1/3 cup of broth and flour in tightly covered container and shake.
- stir into beef mixture.
- heat for 1 min add sour cream
- serve over noodles or rice.
