Gouda Balls

  1. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, butter, and flour.
  2. Divide into two equal portions, cover, and refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  4. Roll out the dough portions on a flat surface.
  5. Place a gouda ball in the center of each portion, and wrap.
  6. Roll wrapped balls in the cumin.
  7. Place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.
