Strawberry Parfaits

  1. In 8 (8-ounce) parfait glasses, or any tall glass, spoon 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, 1 rounded tablespoonful vanilla ice cream, 1 rounded tablespoonful strawberry preserves, 1/4 cup strawberry ice cream and 1 tablespoon marshmallow sauce.
  2. Top each one with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, then drizzle each with 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup.
  3. Place in freezer.
  4. Mix whipped cream with confectioners sugar.
  5. Decorate each parfait with whipped cream and cherries.
  6. Serve chilled.
