Creamed Salmon And Peas Recipe
- 2 slices thin bread
- 6 ounce. canned salmon
- 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 ounce. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. cooked peas or possibly other vegetables
- Salt and pepper
- Place slices of bread in blender with 1/2 c. water.
- Blend till very smooth.
- Heat lowfat milk till it boils, then add in bread and water mix till thick and smooth.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Heat through.
