Easy Chicken (Or Turkey) Pot Pie Recipe
- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed thyme (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 c. cooked, cut up vegetables (you can also use the frzn vegetables, cooked)
- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1.
- Mix together the soup, lowfat milk, thyme, pepper (and salt if you like).
- Stir in cooked veggies and cubed chicken.
- Put this in 3 qt oblong baking dish.

- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min or possibly till mix begins to bubble.

- Remove from oven and arrange the crescent rolls on top and return to oven till they are golden.
