Easy Fondant Chocolate

  1. Put butter and the 160 grams of Chocolate together in a bowl and smelt it in the microwave, or in a small pan on the stove.
  2. Untill it's metlted together.
  3. And set aside to cool down a little.
  4. Stift the flour and the icingsugar and the almondflour together in a medium bowl.
  5. Put the 2 eggwhites in the flour mixture and stir together.
  6. Put the butter-chocolate mixture in the flourmixture and stir together till no flour is visible.
  7. Set aside for a moment.
  8. Butter the 4 little puddingmolds.
  9. Start at the bottom and go up.
  10. Fill the molds for 3/4.
  11. Put the little square of Chocolate, that you put apart, in each mold.
  12. Just a bit in the pudding.
  13. And this is my golden tip.
  14. This way you've always a "runny" inside of the pudding!
  15. Fill the molds to the top with the last bit of mixture.
  16. Place the molds in a pre-heated oven of 150C.
  17. and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  18. Let them cool down a little bit.
  19. No more than 5 minutes and turn them over on a plate.
  20. If you wish you can add a qeunelle of whipped cream or creme fresh beside them and a few raspberries.
  21. But that's your own choice.
  22. I hope you all enjoy this no fail dessert.
