Cappuccino Freeze
- 2 tablespoons instant decaffeinated coffee
- 23 cup boiling water
- 1 quart low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- ground cinnamon (garnish)
- Dissolve coffee in boiling water, then slowly beat into frozen yogurt.
- If mixture is too soft, beat in additional frozen yogurt.
- Spoon into 4 coffee mugs and garnish with cinnamon.
- Freeze until ready to serve; let soften for 15 minutes before serving.
