Sparkling Berry Sorbet

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin and sugar in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold seltzer.
  3. Pour into 9-inch square pan.
  4. Freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  5. Scoop into dessert dishes.
  6. Store leftover sorbet in freezer.
